In line with the directives of Dr. Mohamed Farid Saleh, Minister of Investment and Foreign Trade (MIFT Minister), regarding the continuous monitoring of field performance and the development of services provided to investors, Dr. Mohamed Awad, Chief Executive Officer of the General Authority for Investment and Free Zones (GAFI CEO), conducted an inspection visit to GAFI premises in Nasr City to review workflow and ensure the regularity and efficiency of operations across various departments, with the aim of delivering efficient and high-quality services to investors.
The visit included a field tour of several departments within GAFI, during which Dr. Awad reviewed operational procedures and workflow mechanisms. He also met with employees to discuss key challenges and hear their proposals for improving the work environment and enhancing the quality of services provided.
Dr. Mohamed Awad also inspected a range of employee support services, including the Training Academy, the medical facilities, and GAFI Nursery, underscoring the importance of fostering a comprehensive work environment that supports employee well-being and enhances job satisfaction, ultimately contributing to improved institutional performance and service delivery for investors.
He praised the efforts of employees at Nasr City branch, reaffirming GAFI’s commitment to training and developing human capital to further enhance the efficiency of investor services, support the improvement of the investment climate, and strengthen the competitiveness of the Egyptian economy.
