E-Investment Gazette

E-Investment Gazette

According to the Executive Regulations of the Investment Law 72/2017, particularly Article (34), companies' articles of incorporation and association, along with their amendments, are to be published at the expense of the parties concerned in GAFI's Investment Gazette or via any other electronic means. This made it necessary on GAFI to provide the E-Investment Gazette service.

  • Background on the company's representative.


  • A recent commercial registry
  • A power of attorney/authorization granted to the applicant + a copy of the identity record applicant's
  • The articles of incorporation and association requested to be published • Any other documents, as requested


Service fees are set based on the type of the requested service.

Service time is set based on the type of the requested service.
GAFI's EServices portal.

1.       Select (E-Investment Gazette) from the (Eservices), then press (Apply for Service).

2.       Sign up and create an account using the service link or log into an account already registered.

3.       Fill out the service application.

4.       Upload the following documents:

  • A copy of the signed and sealed power of attorney/the authorization granted by the company + a copy of the applicant's identity record
  • A copy of the amended articles of incorporation and/or association requested to be Published
  • A copy of the company's recent commercial registry Any other documents, as requested

5.       Pay the service fees electronically.

6.       Wait for the application to be assessed and the gazette to be published.
