When applying for services through the Investor Services Center (Gafi), the staff may request that you complete missing documents. Through this service, you can submit the required documents online to complete the service without the need to deliver them in person or on a physical medium, and from anywhere.

Through the online e-portal:
1. Select "Submit Missing Documents" from the "E-Services" section, then click on "Apply for the Service."
2. Register and create an account (or use an existing account).
3. The required data is filled out in the service request form (company name, Investor Services Center, department to which the documents should be sent…..).
4. Attach the documents to be submitted.
